HP printer can't connect to OS X server SMB share : invalid username or password

My HP printer can't connect to an OS X server SMB share. Restarting the SMB service on the server resolves the issue for a while (see here). But isn't there a more permanent solution yet ?

The HP printer is a laserjet 200 colorMFP M276nw, OS X server is up to date (5.1.7) and installed on a mac mini (OS X El Capitan 10.11.6).

Well, just a quick update.

I noticed than not only does the printer loses access to the SMB share, but it happens to every computer (mac/windows) on the network as well. The mac mini which contains OS X server is still connected (internet access ok and ping to the other machines ok), but impossible to get anything connect to it.

I'm not 100% sure, but the issue seems to be happening each time the server, or any other mac, backs up on the time capsule. Maybe a hardware issue ?

Every machines are interconnected by a netgear ethernet switch (Netgear GS316: 16 Port Switch).

I would really appreciate any help.
